I paid around $15 total and received $5 Up Rewards for my Revlon purchases and $10 Up Rewards for the lip extravaganza deal currently going on.
I've been very excited since Rite Aid put out massive amounts of new cosmetic displays this week. There have also been great Rite Aid facebook coupons and sales this week. I also got very lucky with clearance finds.

This weeks haul was a pretty decent haul. I got a few beauty items and then items to stock away for when we move into our new place. This week there weren't too many Extra Buck Makeup sales.
On my weekly Sunday budget haul I picked up Tide ($8.99), Jerome Alexander Hot Stuff makeup palettes ($10.99 each), N.Y.C. lipgloss ($1.99), Revlon Blush ($9.99), Sally Hansen Hard as Nails nail strengthener ($3.99) and Cuticle RX ($6.49), Venus Razor ($7.29), Garnier Dark Spot Hand Treatments ($7.99 each), Oral B stain removing and whitening toothbrush ($9.99), Neosporin ($5.49), and Character Band Aids ($4.99 each). The total retail price for all the items below is $92.70. After sale prices, store coupons, manufacturer coupons and store rewards, my bill came to $5.88. Not only was my bill $5.88 but I got a free $10 gas card and $28 Extra Bucks towards next visit. This week there are some fantastic sales at Rite Aid. Maybelline and Neutrogena cosmetics are 40% off. Revlon lip products are $6.99 each with $1 Up Reward bonus. Also if you spend $15 on Sally Hansen you get $5 Up Rewards for use on next purchase.
There are some great Video Value Coupons on Riteaid.com that apply to these sales. Plus you can use a manufacturer coupon with the Rite Aid coupon. At Rite Aid I picked up Neutrogena Healthy Skin makeup ($13.95), Revlon Colorstay Moisture Renew glosses ($9.99 each), Maybelline Deam Blush Bouncy ($8.29), Sally Hansen miracle nail thickener ($7.99), Maybelline BabyLips Crystal ($4.19), Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear nail polish ($3.19), Neutrogena Shine Control Powder ($14.99),Sally Hansen Triple Shine polish ($4.99), Sally Hansen Insta Dy Matte polish ($5.49), Fergie Wet n Wild Nail Polish ($3.49) and Revlon Colorstay Gel Envy Nail Polish ($7.99) Total retail cost of the items I bought was $94.50. After sale prices, store coupons, manufacturer coupons and store rewards I paid $20.17 for all the makeup below. I love Target for many reasons. One of the main reasons is their awesome clearance sections. Especially in the beauty department.
We went to get my 20 month old daughter water shoes and even she knows my obsession for makeup. We walked by the beauty department and she points and says 'Mommy makeup!!!'. In the aisles I found 2 L'Oreal Color Riche Caresse Lipsticks on clearance for $2.38. (One had a price of $5.58 but it scanned $2.38). These retail for $7.99. I have noticed the Caresse lipsticks on clearance in most drugstores as well. L'Oreal must be discontinuing them for a reformulated Caresse lipstick or a completely new lipstick to take its place. I also found a Revlon Colorstay eyeshadow quad on clearance for $1.78. There were a few decent beauty buys this week. I picked up some Sally Hansen items I have been eyeing for a while. This week the spring/summer clearance sales also started at CVS and Walgreens. My total came to over $80 dollars. With mfc's, store coupons and store rewards, I ended up paying $14. The new Revlon products were out at the CVS I went to. I picked up 2 Colorstay skinny liquid eyeliners in Mahogany Flame and Green Spark. ($7.99 each) I bought another one of the Colorstay gel envy polishes. I have 2 of them and really like 1 and dislike the other. This will be the tie breaker. It's a dark lavender/lilac called 'Up the Ante' ($7.99) 'London Posh' is a peachy tan from the Revlon Colorstay Moisture Stain line. ($9.99) With a $10 Revlon purchase you receive $4 Extra Bucks. I used Revlon coupons available from www.coupons.com From Maybelline I purchased a green and yellow EyeStudio quad. ($9.99) I also received $3 Extra Bucks for next purchase. For $15 spent on L'Oreal you received $5 Extra Bucks. I picked up a True Match super blend able concealer ($9.99) and an Visible Lift color lift blush in 'coral lift'. ($12.99). I used 2, $2 off L'Oreal mfc's. I picked up 2 Cover Girl cosmetics from the spring/summer clearance sale. The Cover Girl Clean Whipped Cream foundation was $4.50 and I used a $1 off MFC to bring the price down to $3.50. I have never tried or owned clear mascara before. This was a great chance to pick some up for a cheap price. It was on clearance for $4 and I used a $2 cover girl manufacturer coupon. At CVS all the Milani Polishes are 50% off. I picked up 2 glitter polishes for $3 each.
If you spent $12 on Sally Hansen you receive $4 Extra Bucks. I have had my eye on these adorable starfish polish strips from the limited edition summer collection for a while. ($5.99). I also picked up the Big Shiny Top Coat by Sally Hansen. ($5.99) I have only seen these new products from Revlon and Cover Girl at Rite Aid. This is probably why most Colorstay polishes are being put on clearance at most drugstores. This is a new gel like polish complete with a gel like top coat sold separately . If you see this at Rite Aid this week they are on sale for $4.99. Plus there is a $1 MFC on Revlon polish at coupons.com. These are regularly priced at $7.99. Here is a new line of ColorStay moisture glosses. They are $9.99 These are new shades of Colorstay liquid and crayon eyeliner. They have colors from electric blue to amethyst. ($7.99) I have seen the glosses before but this Cover Girl display has a new line of polishes called XL nail gel.
This week there were store reward generating deals on Maybelline, Revlon, Almay and Sally Hansen. It wasn't a great week for beauty deals but I picked up a few new things to try. At CVS in the Revlon section there are tons of 50% off stickers on select items. I spent $8.46 at cvs after coupons, store coupons and store rewards. I spent $2.56 at Rite Aid after coupons, store coupons, and store rewards. I picked up another EyeStudio quad from the Maybelline Dare to be nude collection. It is called Nude Romance. ($9.99) I picked up a ColorStay Gel-Smoth base coat for 50% off at CVS. At Walgreens I found an Essie top coat for $2.12 and a Sinful Shine for .49 cents. At CVS I also bought a neon nail art for $3.99. At Rite Aid I chose a Revlon PhotoReady primer and shadow in 'pop art'. ($9.99) I read a very positive review of this Physicians Formula Spotless foundation serum. It also claims to make you look 10x younger. I'd really like one go to foundation where I can just put it on and go. No concealer or powder to add on. ($14.95) I picked up the newest Revlon mascara to come out: Bold Lacquer. It claims to lengthen and volumize. ($7.99-$8.99). The Revlon PhotoReady 3D volume mascara was 50% off. Plus I used a $2 MFC from coupons.com
Between 40% off Revlon sales, clearance finds and $1 off MFC's, I was able to get quite a lot of Revlon Polish very cheap this week. Some of my clearance finds cost me less that .30 cents each. From left to right: Seychelles Sand, Hello Bali (2013 Summer collection), Elusive, plum seduction, and Pretty in Strength. Below from left to right: Chameleon, mysterious, eclectic, Grape Icy( scented when dry), and Tangerine. I finally found 2 of the parfumerie polishes that I have been looking for: Balsam Fir and Orange Blossom. In the middle are the colors Rich and Secluded Beach.
This Revlon Super Lustrous lip color in 'porcelain pink' was on clearance for $2.07 at Walgreens. I used a $1 off MFC and a $1 off in store coupon to get it for .7 cents. It is a rosy pink that goes on very smooth. And for seven cents it is a fantastic, quality buy. There are 5 or 6 new colors for these bold chromatic eye pencils. I heard they were supposed to compare to Urban Decays 24/7 eyeliner. It claims to last all day. Maybe I'm just being lazy but its not an eye pencil that automatically sharpens.
When I swatched it, it did glide on effortlessly. It left a nice pigmented color behind. For me the test will be when I wear it on my bottom lashes if it will smudge or not. If they perform as well as they say they will, then I will definitely pick up another color. ($7.99) Walgreens is either hit or miss for clearance deals. The thrill of finding great beauty deals at the end aisle never gets old for me. Today was a big hit at 2 different Walgreens. My first Walgreens trip cost me $2.75 for everything. I got a lot of older Revlon shades. I am happy to say I like them all! They were on clearance for $1.24 and I used $1 off Revlon Polish tear off coupons from a Revlon display. I got each polish for .24 cents with the exception of the Fergie polish. Revlon polishes usually retail around $5.99 each. The orange on my thumb is called 'Tangerine'. It was opaque in 2 coats and went on smooth. Next is a burgundy purple called'Hello, Bali'. It's a little on the thin side but its not bad. I also used 2 coats. The 3rd color is a cool tan/beige. I was surprised athow much I liked this color on. It had perfect application and was opaque at 2 coats. This color is called 'secluded beach'. Next is a sheer turquoise with iridescent glitter. This really needs to be applied 4-5 times to be semi-opaque. It is called 'Mermaid curves' by Fergie. Lastly there is a scented polish called 'Grape Icy'. It is a sheer purple so I would suggest at least 3 coats. The purple is very dimensional when you apply it. I got a beautiful nude Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Stick for $1.04 after using a $1 off MFC. It goes on smooth, easy and gives a natural sheen to lips. It is called 'Just Enough Buff'.
This eyeshadow quad called 'Wild' is from the new Rio Rush Collection. They are 4 matte colors that are supposed to last '16 hours'. There are 2 new eyeshadow quads in this collection. ($7.99)
I'm a little behind on my weekend posts. This is from my last CVS haul. I like the brand new CVS that opened near me in Oct but they seem to never change their cosmetic displays. They still have holiday collections and Hunger Games Cover Girl Displays taking up huge sections. Each Sunday my CVS sets out a table with 75% off merchandise. With mfc's, I got the Revlon blush, L'Oreal Infalliable concealer and L'Oreal Voluminous mascara for $2.50
I purchased a Maybelline Dream Bouncy blush (I love how they feel and how easy they blend), an Organic Physicians Formula Mascara, and a Physicians Formula Plump Potion lipgloss. I bought a Sally Hansen Satin Glam pink polish. I also have a blue and white Satin Glam polish and I really like the "satin" finish of the polishes. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a solid color with a little extra touch. I bought a few other things and paid $16 for $85 worth of merchandise. I received $32 in Extra Bucks. My trip was really free plus I got $16 towards my next trip. I was a day late with my weekend budget shopping. I went on Monday and everything was still in stock. I am going to do another Rite Aid run later in the week. I picked up some hair and makeup products. I bought a trial sized Clear conditioner for $1.12 on clearance. I used a $2 Rite Aid Coupon so it was free. I got 3 Suave shampoo/conditioners and 1 Suave kids for $3 using mfc's. Plus I received $2 Up Rewards making the price $1 for 4. Nexxus FrizzDeft was also on clearance from $10.99 to $5.49. I had a $3 Rite Aid coupon so iit cost me $2.49 for a salon quality shampoo. I really liked the organic wear CC mascara. So I decided to try their Organic CC Cream. It is supposed to color, correct and provide instant hydration while being 100% natural. 70% is organic. This was $14.99. I had a $3 coupon and received 20% off the price because I am a gold card member at Rite Aid. There was a sale at Rite Aid where if you spend $15 on Physicians Formula you receive $7 Up Rewards. I picked this up and new shimmer eyeliners for blue eyes.
I bought 2 of the new Revlon Colorstay Quads from the Rio Rush display at Rite Aid. I loved the bold colors so I had to get them. The display wasn't even fully stocked yet. I will definitely swatch these in the future. They are $7.99 each. Rite Aid currently has a BOGO 50% off sale on Revlon. I also used a $1 off 2 Revlon eyeshadows MFC that was in this past Sundays paper.
Im not a morning person. Ever. Im a "wake up before 5 minutes before I need to leave" type of person. For some reason, I decided to try to wake up early this morning. I leave for work at 7:30 and school starts at 7:45. I was able to set up my makeup table this morning which is rare. I looked at the clock and jumped out of the chair. I quickly put everything away and jumped into the car. Halfway to work I realized it was 6:30 and not 7:30. Soooooo I used getting out of the house early as an excuse to stop at Walgreens before work. I was a little disappointed in the clearance section. But I did manage to find 2 Revlon Products. I found another Revlon Skinlight in "Bronze Light" and a Cream Blush in "Enchanted". I am going to use the bronze Skinlight a lot in the summer so Im glad I found a back up bottle. The skinlight retails for $12.99 and the cream blush retails for $13.99 at Walgreens.
The Revlon products rang up with the BOGO 50% sale. One was $3.49 and the other one was $1.62. The total came to $5.11. I used 2, $2 MFC coupons from coupons.com and that brought the total down to $1.11. I have been noticing that some of the Walgreens in surrounding areas are starting to clearance similar items. So its worth a shot to scan these to see if they are on clearance. At Rite Aid I saw a few new cosmetic displays including some new brands. Piggy Polish is now at Rite Aid. I have only seen these at Ulta. Each bottle comes with a cute toe ring. This is the new packaging for the Sally Hansen Salon Effects Nail Strips. I saw the not yet fully stocked 'Rio Rush' displays by Revlon at 2 Rite Aids. I purchased both new eyeshadow colors. At Rite Aid there is a new L.A. Girl display with 'Feathered' polish. On the right is a close up. It looks like white and colored matte bar glitter. ($2.99)
