There are some great Video Value Coupons on Riteaid.com that apply to these sales. Plus you can use a manufacturer coupon with the Rite Aid coupon.

Total retail cost of the items I bought was $94.50. After sale prices, store coupons, manufacturer coupons and store rewards I paid $20.17 for all the makeup below.
I don't own any Neutrogena cosmetics. My husband wouldn't believe me given the amount of cosmetic filled bags overflowing around the bedroom. This sale was too good not to try a few items. I bought a shine stopping rice powder compact, a moisture smooth lip crayon, and a foundation. I'm actually looking forward to trying and reviewing these.
I bought the Fergie nailpolish in 'Kaleidascope'. The Fergie Glitter polishes tend to have large glitter pieces. They make application a little difficult because you have to move the glitter around the nail for even coverage. Besides Christmas there hasn't been a new permanent Fergie polish collection since the line launched over almost 2 years ago.
The Xtreme Sally Hansen polish in 'Purple Petals' is disappointing. The glitter is not dense enough so you have to move the glitter around for eve coverage and you have to do multiple coats for any real glitter coverage.
I really like the Sally Hansen Insta Dry Matte polishes. I like using matte and glossy polish together or glitter and stud applications put onto the polish. This polish is called 'In a haze'.
Lastly I bought the Gel Envy Diamond Top Coat by Revlon. Like their Moisture Stain glosses I haven't decided if I like them. I cant tell yet if they are any different then their regular polishes. I going to have to do some work and wear on the polishes in the future.
Below are the Fergie and Sally Hansen glitter polishes. Notice how uneven the glitter is after 2 coats on the purple Xtreme wear and Fergie glitters. I tend to like a little bit smaller glitter
