L'Oreal Infaliable The Blackbuster 8 hr liquid eyeliner ($7.99-$8.99). This is the most expensive liner on the list. I like this liner because it is like putting on liner with a crayola marker. It has a pointed felt tip. You can maneuver the liner to make thin, medium or thick lines. Sometimes I'm not sure how to make the different sized lines. Luckily just using it like I normally use liner makes a medium sized line. It makes the thickest line that I'm comfortable wearing. It is a rich black color. There is no gaps or pulling on the eyelid. It gives the right amount of liquid and makes a perfect line. It lasts all day. I get ready around 7 a.m.and I'm home around 3:30. When I'm ready to take a shower it's still perfect. So if you are looking for a felt liquid liner that gives a thicker line than a typical liner, give this one a try. |
NYX Glam Luxe Aqua Liner. ($5.49) This is a great glitter liner to wear to work or out to dinner. It is a 'Classy Glitter' as I call it. The brush has a longer thin brush which gives easy, smooth application. The slower you apply this, the better glitter payoff you will get. This liner has silver micro glitter that gives a pop to your look. The liner stays put all day for me. If you want a little more than just a black liner, you might want to try this. |
E.L.F. liquid eyeliner. This is my all time favorite eyeliner. It is the liner I keep coming back to. AND it's only $1. A DOLLAR! It has a brush tip applicator. The formula is not too thin and not too thick. I can put on this eyeliner on each eye in 5 seconds. It gives me a perfect line from corner to corner. I have gone all day and even fallen asleep with it on. The next day when I woke up my eyeshadow had rubbed off and the liner was still perfect. So if you are looking for a budget friendly liquid eyeliner, give the E.L.F. Liquid Liner a try. I buy mine at Target. Many other places carry E.LF. such as KMART, Harmon, and now even Walgreens is staring to carry it. You can also order off the E.L.F. Website. |
