Last week I found them again in the Rite Aid clearance bin. They were $5.50. There were different color cases and makeup colors. I picked this coral hued combination. It says 'As seen as TV' on the package. Unless It was on the Disney channel or ESPN, I must have missed the commercial.
I saw these around the holidays at CVS. I looked at them and thought they were cute but put it back as soon as I saw the $10.99 price tag. There were only 3 glosses and 3 shadows. Not worth it, no matter how cute the case was. Last week I found them again in the Rite Aid clearance bin. They were $5.50. There were different color cases and makeup colors. I picked this coral hued combination. It says 'As seen as TV' on the package. Unless It was on the Disney channel or ESPN, I must have missed the commercial. Below are the 3 glosses and 3 eye shadows. There is a mirror and 2 brushes as well. The 3 shadows are a warm brown, salmon coral and a warm peach. The brown and salmon were the bolder colors. The shadows went on smooth and it took only 1 or 2 swipes of color to achieve even coverage. The swatches on the left were without primer and the right had primer. Overall these palettes are very disappointing. They aren't worth the clearance price let alone retail price. I like the concept but the shadows and glosses are underwhelming. I might use the shadows but the glosses are a waste. I might end up popping out the makeup and just using the compact for the mirror.
